BLOOMABLE is a fast-growing online marketplace for flowers and gifting in South Africa. Our e-commerce marketplace connects nearly 200 local businesses throughout the country, empowering them to expand their businesses by using our tech marketplace as their online hub. We’re a company that focuses on building and using tech to support florists and artisans while ensuring an excellent customer experience for every purchase. Bloomable is backed by Newtown Partners, a venture capital firm that actively invests in emerging, disruptive technology startup businesses, founded and run by successful tech startup entrepreneurs, Vinny Lingham, and Llew Claasen.

Our Hiring Process

After the initial in-person interview, you’ll be required to complete a take-home skill assessment. Based on your first interview and the outcome of the assessment, there will be a second and final in-person interview. We’re looking to fill this position quite quickly and so the interview process will be lean with quick turnaround times.
