Our Methodology

We follow an Agile process and rely on the full extent of DevOps using this process, if you are familiar with DevOps and Agile, you'll know why.

A waterfall approach is great to understand the knock-on effect changes have, but requires a ton of administration to maintain. We prefer an agile approach that includes a product road map and overall picture of future requirements. We try to involve our clients as early as possible for their input and direction, which supports continual integration. Clients don't truly know what they want until they see it, it is only then that the possibilities start to flow and the original specification a mere pin in the ocean.
