Collectively they determine the innovation and direction of Retail in South Africa o UCS TS provide their dispensing and switching solution over 65% of the pharmacy and healthcare providers in SA. This solution is being rewritten – our developers are deeply involved in crafting our new solutions. o UCS TS are the leading solution provider Point of Sale and forecourt management to all leading fuel retailers. Integration and analytics of big data resulting from the IoT installed at our sites provide new opportunities for this vertical. o UCS TS offer the most comprehensive merchandising, and warehouse point of sale solution in South Africa and hold a number of blue chip customers in the fashion and general merchandising verticals. Taking the software mobile is the next mile for these verticals. o UCS TS BIS team develop mobile applications, these include mobile apps that are deployed across all our customs and internally. UCS TS support innovation and initiative and use their own self-developed help desk solution and mobile application for all technical staff and training solutions

The hiring process
Because team work matters, we work with our candidates to provide as much information they need about UCS TS during this process. The average process takes anywhere from 7-21 days depending on how quickly information is provided.
- Telephonic chat – short and sweet just to get a feel
- Face to face interview – usually an hour
- Technical skills test and meet the team day – usually from 2-4 hours for the test and a few hours in the office
- Verifications and background checks - we will ask for a copy of your ID and qualification
- Final interview where you would meet key team members – usually an hour or so
