Requirements: To be considered for this role you will need to have:

• 5+ years’ experience in front or backend software design, architecture, or engineering
• University degree with above-average academic performance in a mathematical-scientific field, information technology, engineering, or business administration
• Passion and interest in researching new technologies and developing prototypes, POCs, and MVPs

Our Hiring Process

To ensure we hire the highest calibre candidates, we follow a rigorous interview process comprising 4 rounds

Round 1

• Hackathon: 2-day in-person project with cash prizes and a chance to experience the type of work you will be involved in should you receive an offer (28/29 October) or

• Technical Interview with tech talent in our BCG Platinion team

Round 2 and 3

• Case studies with members of our team

Round 4

• Culture and fit interview with the team leadership
