We are a fast paced development team that delivers projects on a continuous basis. Bayport makes use of an iterative (or agile) Scrum-based approach on all our software projects with the aim to be as collaborative as possible with business. As a part of this process you will work closely with the Architects, QA, Ops and business SME’s to build functionality on our platform that strives to enable our business and provide superior customer service.
It’s a two tiered interviewed process:
• The first stage is a technical face to face interview
• The second stage is a face to face with the Executive and/or CIO
