What we do
We’re all about making this ever-changing world better, brighter, bolder
From concept development and ideation right through to development, testing and product release, we develop disruptive solutions that help you become better at what you do.
Some of our services include web and app development, user acceptance testing, migration and porting, technical support, technical architecture, sustained engineering and personalised service. We transcend boundaries in artificial intelligence, augmented reality, machine learning and robotics, pushing them – and, as a result, your business – further and further.
We invest in our team of hungry co-creators, innovators and disrupters
Basalt is bold and brave and boundless. We’re passionate about the intentional technology we create and proud to offer it to a world that needs meaningful technological solutions.
Our Hiring Process
We don't believe in long complicated processes and tests. We look for fit and compatibility on both sides. Skills are important but passion more so and that can't always be tested which is why we follow a more informal hiring process. But to get an idea, we would like to meet face to face first to get an idea if we like each other and get a better understanding of what you are looking for and for you to ask questions and learn more about us.
Next, we would like you to meet the team and see if you feel comfortable in the environment, this could mean inviting you to spend the day (if you can) and we could also use the opportunity to talk more about your projects and the work you would like to do.
And then if it all went well we would make you an offer.
