Our Hiring Process

We don't believe in long complicated processes and tests. We look for fit and compatibility on both sides. Skills are important but passion more so and that can't always be tested which is why we follow a more informal hiring process. But to get an idea, we would like to meet face to face first to get an idea if we like each other and get a better understanding of what you are looking for and for you to ask questions and learn more about us.

Next, we would like you to meet the team and see if you feel comfortable in the environment, this could mean inviting you to spend the day (if you can) and we could also use the opportunity to talk more about your projects and the work you would like to do.

And then if it all went well we would make you an offer.
