What we do

Bappo is a tech startup based in Sydney Australia. We're developing a low-code platform that enables non-technical users to create their own business solutions drag and drop style and we're focusing on a niche that no one else is. We're enabling business users to build their own project management and time management solutions. E.g. a custom timesheet solution, a custom roster system, a custom Project Management, Task Management or Kanban tool. The tool is good for any type of software solution, however, Project Management and Time Management is our focus.

Our Culture

We empower young developers. We trust each other, we have very little red tape. The team is highly committed to the thing that we do. We produce very high output for the size of the team. Our Engineering Processes

We're a small team so we don't have rigid processes as such. That said, we meet more than once a week to discuss action plans. Everyone has a say. We write user stories, then create kanban tickets and drive the tickets through to completion. One an enhancement is ready a manual tester will test, and once the enhancement becomes stable an E2E developer will write the scripts, and finally the enhancement gets tested as part of automated E2E tests on every code push.

Our Hiring Process

Two to three interviews via skype and an aptitude test. Up to three reference checks.
