Summary

What we do

The Automation Exchange Fibre Network Management System (FNMS) provides our clients with a complete solution to take a fibre network from inception, through home installation, and into network monitoring and billing. We also provide interconnect services to a number of ISPs, allowing you to create an open access network and fibre services to your customers with minimal hassle.

Who are we?

We are a small team of techies that focus on great work and perfecting our crafts. We are a mix of designers, do-it-yourselfers, tinkerers, problem-solvers, programmers, otakus, potjiekos chefs, whiteboard artists and experts in random conversations.

We started with a simple goal of making Fibre accessible to everyone and have now exploded in growth on the back of the fibre expansion in South Africa. In everything we do, we strive to build the best possible product. Our goal is to combine simplicity and power to deliver an awesome experience.

We don’t need an entire website, complete with stock images and staff testimonials, to sell our company culture. Our modus operandi is very simple: have fun, do exceptional work, build the best product in the business, experiment, pay attention to the details, treat people right, and keep learning.

Why work for us

We want thoughtful, considerate managers of one. It doesn’t hurt if you can code our entire API in 3 days either. Fitting in with the culture is more important than fitting in with a stereotype. Quirky and eccentric is not a negative but careless code and slowing progress is.

If you want your career to have a meaningful impact to an industry at its tipping point and not be a lemming in the corporate churn, then be sure to contact us.
