ASTUTE FSE is an electronic information exchange enhancing the movement and integration of data in the Financial Services Industry.

The company was launched in April 2000 as a collaborative effort between the major Life Insurers to provide intermediaries with a single point-of-entry to Client’s investment and insurance portfolio data, in line with our overall strategy of providing a Single View of the Client.

We are trusted by more than 20,000 intermediaries and are fully integrated into the business systems and processes of many Life Insurers in South Africa with more than 150 integration points.

Our service offering includes integrations into Regulatory Offices and Government Departments, to detect and prevent fraud and assist our clients in complying with legislative requirements.

Our Recruitment and Selection process:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a telephonic interview for verification of technology stack indicated on application. Should you be successful in this first round, you will then be invited to join us for a technical and competency based interview, where you will be assessed on your problem solving ability.

Astute believes in recruiting the right people with solid technical expertise and therefore rely on the use of an IKM assessment to assist us in determining your succession into the final phase of the interview i.e. a panel interview.
