Originating from a boutique safari lodge background, the company has grown quickly over the last 12 years and now owns 22 properties in Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar handling thousands of guest enquiries and bookings each year. Although our tented camps and lodges are all in East Africa, our sales and marketing office is based in Cape Town, where we now seek to add a web developer to the marketing team.

East Africa offers incredible wildlife and wilderness areas, and the safari experience is some of the finest in the world. Asilia Africa is the largest operator in the region, since we also act as a booking agent / facilitator (called a DMC) for thousands of travel agents around the world.

The hiring process is straightforward: first we have a face-to-face interview. This is followed by a skills test, where you must use an API to get our CRM and a website communicating. There also may or may not be a third step which would be a second interview. That's it!
