ASG Solutions provides neat & bespoke software solutions for our wide range of clients. We build what our clients need in order to solve their business challenges, which allows us the opportunity to build advanced solutions that leverage the latest technology.

We’re growing our client base throughout the country and are looking to expand our team to build new technology for a period of strong growth.

We're a small, tight knit, high functioning team, operating in a very mature environment, where each team member has the autonomy to make decisions without any red tape. We work hard, and play even harder. We actually do have fun together, hanging out, letting off steam on the table tennis table, and having some afternoon beers.

Our Engineering Processes:

We follow our own adapted Agile process loosely, we don't believe in many meetings and useless failed planning sessions. No, we just want to get things done, and plan enough to get there! We don't proclaim to have the best and most efficient processes, but it works for us and we are constantly iterating improvements.

We do not believe in micro-management and unnecessary management layers, you are the expert and know what is best, just get on with it!

Our Hiring Process:

It all begins with a quick technical assessment or exercise that you need to complete and submit, if we like what we see, we will schedule a face to face interview, and make our decision from there.
