Our Hiring Process

1. We start off with an informal, non-technical interview with the Head of Development and Head of Operations to find out more about you (as well as give you the opportunity to ask us anything about AppStage).
2. You will then be given a take home project for you to work on and submit back to us. We'll use this as a means of determining your software development skills.
3. If we're happy with your submission, we'll have a technical interview with you where you'll be given the opportunity to present your project and discuss specifics around how you decided to go about implementing it.
4. Finally, we'll make you an offer.
