We are mobile experts with a portfolio of more than 350 software applications and offices in three countries. Our Engineering Processes

Our software development process blends the best practices of Agile and waterfall methodologies to deliver client applications on time and under budget.

During our sales process, we create a detailed feature summary to ensure we fill in the blanks in client requirements while remaining flexible and focusing on the overall desired outcome of the app.

We then complete a design phase, during which we focus on 'forensic requirements-gathering' and we finalize written software requirements (epics and user stories) and app designs.

Then we begin development, following Agile methodologies and delivering incremental software about every two weeks for clients to review.

When development is complete, we work with clients to launch their applications. After go-live, we provide clients with a 30-day warranty during which we iron out any bugs.

Once the warranty period is completed, clients can opt for ad-hoc support and maintenance, or use our staff augmentation model to add a member to their team to help maintain and improve their apps.

Our Hiring Process

We have a simple four-step hiring process:

1. We'll complete an initial 30-minute interview to understand what it is you are looking for in the team you are joining and discuss your salary expectations.
2. You'll then complete a DISC assessment to ensure diversity and balance within our team, and to better understand your working style.
3. Next is a technical interview, typically in the style of a coding challenge.
4. Finally, you'll complete a team interview to ensure there's a mutual culture fit and values alignment.
