Our Culture

Our Engineering department is a high-performance culture marked by boldness and an appetite for productivity. We’re looking for teammates who thrive on learning new technologies and don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Along with the product manager and scrum manager, we need the team leads to own responsibility for the team and their deliverables. We will need to provide technical direction and architectural leadership, mentor, pair program, perform peer reviews, work with other stakeholders, create architecture diagrams and documentation as needed, etc.

The team will be coding a lot. Most offshore individual contributors are done working by 11:30 AM eastern time, which provides to Team Lead the time to code features and technology, but also to do proofs of concept to demonstrate architectural solutions to their team.
