What we do

We are a technology company that started in the electromagnetic engineering field. Our first main product IXUS is a market leader in electromagnetic safety and certification software. It is a web application with a Qt desktop CAD client. We maintain this product for international and local clients.

After that we started writing Skynamo, a mobile sales rep management system comprising of a native Android and iOS app with .Net web backend.

More recently, we started a technology accelerator Alchemy-A where we invest in up and coming tech ideas.

Our latest ventures include Farmtrack, Co-pilot and Sozo Labs.

Our management structure is flat, making communication between stakeholders as seamless as possible. A big emphasis is placed on ensuring all team members are included in the decision making process.

There’s also quarterly professional development projects where teams get to work on something new and unrelated to their daily jobs, helping to expose them to new technologies and development techniques.

A relaxed informal office culture where you can exercise your creativity to get the job done as efficiently as possible. We get daily cooked lunches, with the best coffee^TM in town. After lunch we usually play some Team Fortress 2.

An Agile approach to software development is followed. We are about getting the job done with as little management overhead as possible.

Our Hiring Process

We first have a look at your CV. If it looks good we send you an online coding test to see if you are the amazing coder we need. Passing this, we invite you for a face to face interview with some potential future team members.

The interview is usually around an hour, and it is intended for us to get to know you, and you to ask questions about us.

We will let the you know in a reasonable amount of time if your application was successful.
