What we do

AlisQI is an easy to implement and integrate, flexible and cloud-based Quality Management platform. We enable manufacturing companies to make their Quality Management data driven, automated and omnipresent. More than 100 factories on all six continents use our platform for Quality Control, Quality Assurance and QESH management. We help our customers to reduce waste by up to 15%, increase their quality level and save up to 20% on time.

Our Hiring Process

1. Chat with Jeroen (CTO & Founder) and Pauline (Front-end Developer) to better understand your background, career plan and answer any questions you may have (30 min.)

2. At home challenge to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working at AlisQI would look like (~ 2 hours)

3. Technical interview with Jeroen (CTO & Founder) to debrief your challenge and dive deeper into the code (1 hour)

4. Chat with Daniëlle (Back-end Developer) to meet your direct colleague and discuss work culture (30 min.)

5. Get to know the team (30 min.) to welcome you on board!
