Summary

Our Pedigree

Agilitude was started in 2013 with the aim of becoming the premier Salesforce.com company on the continent. The idea was pitched to a select group of business and IT veterans who today still serve as the board of directors.

Agilitude broke many Salesforce records by being the fastest partner to reach Gold status in only our second year, and then again by becoming the first Platinum partner in our third year!

Another of our partners, Informatica.com, voted Agilitude partner of the year in EMEA for 2016.

We have consistently grown with double digits year-on-year, and in 2016 Agilitude was a finalist in the 14th Annual National Business Awards, and runner up in the TT100 awards.

What we do

We design customer experiences! By doing this Agilitude helps companies to digitally transform their organisations and engage with their customers in new and exciting ways. We build solutions on the world's most innovative platform, Salesforce.

Why Work For Us

We are the leading provider of customer engagement solutions based on the Salesforce.com platform in Africa. We are excited to grow local talent in some of the world's leading and most exciting technologies available.

Our Culture

We have created team and value based culture. Each team works closely with their customer to design and develop amazing experiences. We work hard, deliver on our promises and foster an environment of ownership and accountability. But that doesn't mean we forget to have fun, the wellbeing of our colleagues is a priority and we have many staff wellness and social activities to keep the team energised.

Interview Process

The process begins with an initial telephonic interview, 30 minutes in duration. This is due to the fact that there are Agilitudians working from all over the world. Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Nairobi, Kaunas.... Very often team meetings are conducted via Google Hangouts, Skype, GTM, etc, and we need to be sure that you can speak English and communicate effectively.

The second interview is an hour long "panel" interview. The interview will attempt to determine your culture fit with the company, and most importantly your alignment with our company values. Secondly we assess your technical background and depth & breadth of your skills.

We enjoy being interviewed as much as we like interviewing, so we encourage questions and two way conversation.

Depending on the position being applied for, there may be a technical assessment required, which is conducted online by a 3rd party.

Lastly the final interview will be a face to face interview with the Founder and CEO of the company.
