We take startups from ideas, through customer and market validation before jumping into engineering and development. It means we end up building useful products for people who already want them. By the time a product gets to our development team, it has real direction. We also require that all clients supply a Product Owner and we coach them on how to interact with our Scrum methods.
We have a cool vibe. We work with good people who generally want to save the world. Our kitchen is fully stocked and if it doesn't have want you want then just put it on the shopping list. We host Tech Talk in our offices on Tuesdays - sometimes live presentations, sometimes found online - where anyone is welcome to join us for lunch. We have a weekly team building lunch on Thursdays. Our core hours are 10 - 4 but mostly your time is flexible.
Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We have a daily company standup so we can check in and offer help. We do code reviews for knowledge cross-pollination. Hard work happens because we really care about our clients and what they do.
We like Google App Engine and Python. We like pair programming and testing. We like code reviews.
We'll ask you to upload your CV onto google app engine, invite you over for a coffee and a chat. We'll explain how we work and see if you like it. If you do like it and want to come back then the next meeting is with one of our developers who will run through some exercises with you. If we think each other are awesome then we chat about salary expectations and ask you to sign on the dotted line. There is a 3 month probation period in the contract that no one has ever been reconsidered in.
Whether you're looking for a startup, tech giant or remote opportunity – there's something for everyone.
On OfferZen, companies reach out to you with upfront role, tech stack and salary info so you can choose opportunities that resonate with you from the get-go.
