WHAT DOES OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

Our interview process is role dependent, but the typical interview process for a developer is:

• Face to face interview (30 minutes)
• Psychometric tests (30 min) - Completed online in your own time
• Technical face to face interview (1 hour ) and soft skills face to face interview (1 hour )
