What we do

Admart is an online marketplace for almost all advertising products in the Republic of South Africa. Our aim is to simplify the buying of advertising products for the advertiser at one easy to use location.

Admart is a company that is in its 6th year of operational development, and in its 2nd year of Website and technology development. It has been a project of its holding company Connect Media Group (CMG Africa) www.cmgafrica.com since 2018 as it has many supporting parts such an agreements with over 200 media partners and legal processing to protect its intellectual property. Connect Media Group is a full service Media Advertising Agency which was founded by its CEO Jarrod Pottow in 2017 in order to pioneer the development of ADMART.

Our Culture

At Admart we aim to adopt the Google style of work ethics. With young and energetic thinkers, movers and shakers. we are looking at developing and modernizing all forms of work styles and structures as a collective group who aim to build Admart as a business.
We believe in a collaborative team structure and our hiring process will be department inclusive. As the business grows, so we will work with the department head to build their department to fulfil the positions that are needed.

Admart are planning to grow our systems and solutions team. The industry that we service offers so many opportunities and we aim to be at the forefront of innovation and technology.

Our Hiring Process

Most positions will be full time positions, however we will evaluate every position as we want to grow as a business with our team.

Our interview process has the following stages:

1 - Detail specification requirements listed
2 - 1st Interview will be conducted over Microsoft Teams
3 - Shortlist of Candidates will scheduled for 2nd Interview at our Offices in Sunninghill
4 - E-mailed job spec, requirements and remunerations sent via E-mail
5 - Employment contract offered once accepted with a 3 month probation period
6 - Full time employment after completion of Probation period.

Technology Partner - TBA

We will be looking looking for an enthusiastic and passionate technology and systems coder with a keen eye for detail. We encourage out of the box thinking and can work well in team projects.

We value clear and decisive decision making and good communication skills.

We move quickly when we have identified our best fit for a vacant position and look to build long standing work relationships with all our staff.
