Summary
What we do
We are building a real time, multi-currency global liquidity management and international payments platform based on tokenised money over a smart contract-enabled distributed ledger
Why Work For Us
Tired of a payment to another bank taking a whole day, an international payment taking 3 days. Frustrated that you don't know where your money is for those 3 days. Come and be part of the solution. Be part of a team that is bringing cutting edge tools to banks to ensure that they can be part of the move towards real time payments by assisting their treasuries track and manage liquidity.
Our Culture
We strive to deliver the best software by employing the best developers. If you want to grow, make a difference, be part of a world class team then you will fit right in with our culture of excellence.
We are a team of professionals, self-starters, initiators and do-ers. We love to have fun together, work hard together and make a difference together.
Our interview process
Once we ask you for an interview, we'll set up the first zoom screening call.
If you are happy with us and we are happy with you then we'll continue the process. The next step is to do a technical assessment. We'll give you a problem to solve. It's something you can do on your own and when you are done, give us access to your github repo and we'll have a look at what you've built.
If we are happy with your solution, then the next step is a face to face interview with our dev team. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, find out how the team works and we can all see if there is a potential win/win for both you and Adhara.
Finally, we'll ask you to have a zoom interview with our CTO or CEO who are based in Madrid, Spain so that they can meet you and do a final vetting of you as a potential candidate.
