Our Engineering Processes
We follow a simplified Agile process loosely, we don't believe in many meetings and useless failed planning sessions. We just want to get things done on time and on budget, and plan enough to get there! We don't necessarily have the best or most efficient processes, but it works for us and we are constantly iterating improvements. If you can bring new ideas and processes to the table we're willing to try them.
No micro-management or unnecessary management layers, you are the expert and know what is best, just get on with it!
