Our Engineering Processes
We have one weekly “all hands” team meeting and smaller clusters for daily check-ins. In terms of tooling, we’re experts at “dogfooding”. We use 4me for managing all of our internal processes and projects and Slack, Git and AWS for the rest. We keep things straightforward, release weekly and work closely with our customers to ensure that their needs are met.
Our Hiring Process
Much like our team structure and engineering processes, we prefer to keep things as simple as possible. You’ll meet with our CTO / a principal member of the development team and our CEO. After all, the proof is in the pudding.
