What we do

At 4i we believe in leveraging technology to solve complex problems and improve lives. We build great digital solutions, but we know that the only way to do this really well is to create an environment where cohesion and collective creativity flourishes. Our teams are self-managed, self-organising and self-adjusting. We work close to clients to make sure we understand the problems and then creatively apply our minds to solve their problems and improve their users' lives.

Our Hiring Process

We believe that hiring the right type of person is just as important as hiring the right skills set. We focus on finding out what is important to the candidate and how we can accommodate them in our workplace. Then, of course, we find out about their technical skills and how they can contribute to the workplace.

Typically, we contact a candidate, communicate via this platform or over email. From there, we ask the candidate to fill in 3 questions that are important to us (don't worry nothing too serious). Then, we schedule an interview at our offices.
