Our Hiring Process
We believe that hiring the right type of person is just as important as hiring the right skills set. We focus on finding out what is important to the candidate and how we can accommodate them in our workplace. Then, of course, we find out about their technical skills and how they can contribute to the workplace.
Typically, we contact a candidate, communicate via this platform or over email. From there, we ask the candidate to fill in 3 questions that are important to us (don't worry nothing too serious). Then, we schedule an interview at our offices.
