Our Engineering Processes
While we use agile methodologies, we will expect you to improve processes based on your own experience. We’re looking for strong minds who relish opportunities to take software engineering practices to the next level.
We have a CI/CD stack, and you will be working with serverless cloud technology, focusing on AWS. As we're a startup, our tech team is exposed to all areas of the business as we build and support the platform.
Our Hiring Process
First round - Meet and Greet
First you will meet for 30-45 with our hiring manager where we will
see if you are a fit for the role.
Second round - Technical Evaluation
Next, we will ask you to complete an assignment, which we’ll give you
some time to do, or you will meet with the existing tech team.
Third round - Meet the Team
Finally, we will ask you to meet with the broader team.
