Before setting up her own company, she worked in HR Leadership and Recruitment roles across the globe for Uber, Starbucks, PwC, Manpower & Nike. She is a strong advocate for women in leadership and is passionate about increasing female-founded start-upsβ representation.
Since his first job at a small tech start-up, Stephen has gained experience across Africa, primarily in building marketplace businesses. Currently, as the VP of Community at OfferZen, his main focus is on continuously making an increased impact on the global software community. He spends a lot of time thinking and reading about the rising role and responsibility of software engineering in our society, and how we can organise ourselves to build a better future.
Ruben is the Global Director of People Development @ Bynder. He has been with Bynder from the early days and has seen it grow from 6 to almost 600 employees.Within the company Ruben is responsible for People, Culture, Onboarding, Engagement, Talent Development & Performance Management. In 2017 Bynder won an award for the best Onboarding Program of the Benelux. He also spent over 3 years in Boston to set up the first US Bynder office. Ruben lives in Rotterdam with his wife Isabel, dog Flora and cat Miep.
