Our hiring process

During the 1st interview, we believe that we need to get know each other a bit. Are we a fit for each other? Almost like a first date :)
If we decide we like each other, we would go on a second date and this would a little more technical to see if your skills match up with our requirements.
After that, normally there would either be an offer... or not.
