Xpertek is a South African software development company that develops software for lending businesses in South Africa and abroad. We require a young full stack developer to join our development team in our loan finance division. The developer will be responsible for development and testing of Acquire back-end and front-end components.

Our Hiring Process

We advertise a vacancy internally first then we place the job profile with a few, selected agencies. We have used Pnet in the past but that didn't work for us very well. Normally, we like to interview at least 3 candidates for a vacancy first and then have a second round of interviews followed by reference checking and ITC/credit and police checks.
