Who we are

We're a full-stack design and development agency that has a branding background. We have a focus on working with companies that are changing the world for the better and we're interested in communicating their impact. We take our work incredibly seriously but don't take ourselves seriously at all. No douches, no big egos. We take responsibility and put our hands up when shit hits the fan, but that doesn't happen often.

How we work

We use an Agile SCRUM approach for all our projects with a daily standup at 8:30am every morning.

Who we are currently looking for

We are currently looking to expand out our development team with Javascript and Front-End developers. We are looking for team members who don't take themselves too seriously, but who take their jobs seriously: hard workers, fun lovers and those who are attentive to detail will be a great fit within our team.

We have a team of incredible designers, so we need developers who will do justice to their beautiful designs, by making pixel perfect renditions of their creations.

What you can expect

Potential applicants will meet the core team at our Black River Park offices. At the same time, a call will be setup with our UK offices to meet the managing partners. We'll give you the grand tour so you can get a feel for our team, offices and ideology.
