Our Hiring Process:

Our hiring process consists of three steps:

1. A 60-minute chat with our Tech Lead to discuss your experience and aspirations.
2. A practical take-home challenge showcasing your Django skills (approx. 2 hours).
3. A 30-minute review of the technical assessment, followed by a final 30-minute discussion with our company directors.
