Vancula is a Digital and Marketing Agency with several offices in Southern Africa. Our clients are from all over the world which allows us to assist all clients whether they're Durban or in Dubai.

We have an Agency consisting of an International Team of Experts in their field of work. Together we have more than 50 years experience in the industry and we have yet to find an unhappy client. We believe that in our line of work it's not just what you know but who you know as well, that's why we have a second opinion on every aspect of what we do and double check each step of our process.

Our Engineering Processes

As an Agency, we firmly believe that the use of Open Source is important and therefore we work almost exclusively with Open Source products, especially WordPress/WooCommerce. We work in small, non-hierarchical teams where we lead the projects with a combination of Scrum and Kanban (Scrumban).

Each person in the team has customer contact and works with everything from small support matters for our existing customers, to projects that extend far into the future. In each team, we try to use each other's strengths and therefore there are those responsible for front-end and code quality.

In addition to this, we attach great importance to automation and testing as part of our process to protect both our customers and ourselves. We have therefore set aside time to work with internal products, our process and automation every month.

Our Hiring Process

We have a 3 step interview process which consist of: 1) Screening Call, 2) Technical Interview and 3) Online Psychometric Test.
