At its heart the URUP platform is a communications tool designed to identify the strongest possible communications channels, with a wide range of tracking and reporting capabilities.

From the comfort of your own desk our modular system will build and deploy multiple interactive solutions that take other technology suppliers days to accomplish.

What do we deal with?

URUP deals with the bleeding edge of scalable cloud computing taking many of the design cues from the Netflix and similar large volume large scale cloud environments. We prize excellence and innovation above all else with a very relaxed working environment.

How we get you on-board

We do a 2 hour interview focusing on understanding the candidate as a person and where they like and want to function and matching that up to our environment and values. We then spend time on explaining and interrogating our technology stack against the candidates experience and future plans. Tech tests are normally only reserved for candidates with short or no experience in a desired field.

Because of the "outlandish" technology stack we use URUP believes in shaping individuals to suit our needs instead of finding individuals that fit perfectly, so the expectation of immediate performance is rarely a deciding factor, we want individuals to join and learn how to provide what we need from them in the most supportive and productive environments we can afford to offer.

Easily offended ? Perhaps not the best space for you.

The environment is high stress, flexible, easy-going and a little salty to be honest. We do have a stressful environment that we balance out with high flexibility towards the individual and understanding that they have a life outside of URUP. Working hours and working from home are always negotiable depending on your needs and ours. The dress code is not even something to mention, shorts, slacks, as long as you are covered you are good to go.
