1) Intro Call: We have a person who is dedicated to the candidate experience. She does the first call which is usually 15mins to walk through what the process will entail, who they will meet during the process and explain the company in more details.
2) First Interview: This will be a 30min session with the Hiring Manager
3) Technical Interview: This will be a technical interview OR a Tech Assessment that will be done live on the call
3.1) Technical part 2: Depending on how well the other tech interview went we might send through a case study and ask the candidate to problem solve it on a call. This will help us get a better understanding on their critical thinking if it did not shine through in the previous session.
4) Psychometric Test:
