The size of sprints and decision of timelines for completion of each milestone are being decided upon together as a team to ensure everyone involved are comfortable as well as takes responsibility for everything being delivered.

Our recruitment process is as follows. You forward us your CV or relevant information, we review and whether you made the short-list or not, you will be notified. We then interview each one on the short-list either via skype or in person. If you are considered a candidate, we will conduct another face-to-face meeting where the employment offer will be presented in person.
