Our Culture

Our Engineering Processes

We are true believers in the Agile manifesto. Therefore our engineering process is built around individuals and interactions rather than flavour of the month tools&processes. If you know and use SCRUM, DEVOPS and Test Driven Development then you are on the right track. But above all taking responsibility for your own code and interacting with your peers are what makes our code awesome. The tools and process we use will change and adapt to our environment, but the core principles of taking responsibility for your code and being proud of what you built will stay.

Our Hiring Process

We hire for attitude and cultural fit. This means the hiring process is simple and short. We meet you for coffee and ask a whole bunch of personal questions. When you turn red, we stop. If we like what we heard you’re hired!
