Redtree Capital has been providing alternative asset finance solutions specifically designed for small and medium sized entities (SME's) in South Africa since 2011.

Unlike the traditional banks - we see things differently. We understand the SME space therefore allowing us to provide quick, unique, financing solutions for your business.

As an entrepreneurial business, we know the potential frustrations of dealing with traditional financial institutions governed by inflexible rules and prescriptive terms. Our goal is to pioneer a trend away from 'old-school' credit onboarding, data collection and risk assessments, and customer service to a data driven, AI enhanced customer experience throughout the financial services journey.

Our Hiring Process

Introduction - Meet and Greet

We will first have an informal online conversation, or our preferred 'in-person' casual cup of coffee, where we outline the business, the culture of the organisation and the role that we are looking to employ. This will be very high level.

Interview - The Role

Interview with the Executive Team where a candidate will be assessed from both a culture match and role suitability point of view. The role will be mapped out and where the candidate will be required to identify whether or not he has the necessary skill set for the role.
