Our software development lifecycle can be described as a hybrid model. Taking from agile and other SDLC best practices to create our own unique way of doing things. Developers and Analysts work hand in hand to flesh out specifications and our QA team are eager to try break the code.

Our Hiring Process

Our interview process is role dependent.

1. Telephonic interview (30 minutes)
2. Face to face technical + soft skills interaction interview (1 hour) verbal interview
