Our Engineering Processes
We take a collaborative approach to our work, working closely with our clients to develop solutions that are tailored to their unique needs and designed to deliver results.
We've adopted hybrid approaches to building solutions, both waterfall and agile processes are applied depending on what is more applicable to the client. We love component driven development solutions which focus on building out design systems that scale across platforms.
Unless an individual is placed on one of our clients accounts then these projects are run entirely by the client themselves. In these situations the individual adopts the practises that are defined by the client.
Our Hiring Process
This is what you can expect when interviewing with us. Our interview process is quite simple in the event of working on products and platforms at Odinside you'll undergo a technical assessment with our internal team unless you're placed at a client then you'll go through a series of interviews with our clients and their stakeholders.
