What We Do
New Reality has set out to assist the world to take over a new type of reality, Virtual and Augmented Reality. We build, create and conceptualise new and innovative applications to help brands, businesses and others shift into the world of both augmented and virtual reality.

Our Culture
We are creators who like to challenge our team members to try new things and "dream big". We have a passion for great people who like to think free and create great and unique experiences. Currently we're thinking big, working on new kinds of solutions for the media industry, and working with game engines for more interactive applications. Our motto is all about the team and their growth, encouraging personal ownership of projects, and give our staff control and freedom to go big. All while having a great time and a few beers on Friday's.

Our Engineering Processes
We won't reveal all our secrets right now, we want to keep a few things secret, but we can tell you we are into collaboration, team work and creating awesome new applications to make the user's experience more immersive.

Our Hiring Process
We'll have an initial chat with you to determine whether you're a good fit, followed by a technical assessment with our team. We might give you a project to build as well. Then after all that, if you like us and we like you then we play a game of pong and welcome you to the team.
