What we do:

MS Engineering is mostly involved with developing tools and products in support of projects within the MS Group. These projects often involve working closely with other people and companies in the group in fields such as geophysics, surveying, business and aviation.

Software development specifics:

The MS Group has 3 existing web-based online platforms previously developed, and an exciting new online platform project commencing in 2022. The Group has been backed by a software team based in Canada for the past 6 years, but it has been decided to re-locate the software development arm of the group to within MS Engineering in Pinelands, Cape Town. Two developers are being recruited to join one of the developers remaining from the Canadian team to spearhead the greenfields development and support the existing platforms.

The software engineering team will primarily work with users, engineering and scientific experts, product-owners and stakeholders of the platforms, who are spread across the MS Group and the world. The current platforms are in the areas of statutory compliance, mineral exploration management and spatial information management.
