Our Culture

Overall our culture can be defined as agile. The employees become the experts off their field of work and we treat them like this. There are no team-leads whose explain what to do. They just coordinate the teams, clarify the direction where projects and product sprints are going. We expect employees to have a positive attitude regarding feedback so they may be able to improve their skills this way. Learning in a team is many times the best way to learn, nobody can know everything. Every month we have a company event where everyone get's an update about the current events, tradings, numbers and HR related topics.

Our Engineering Processes

We are working with Scrum and have related sprint meetings. Also we have regular code reviews in the teams and exchange ideas.

What you can expect from our interview process

This varies depending on the role. But generally the first step will be a 1 hour screening call where we get to know each other. If this goes well, we then move on to an assessment which is dependant on the role, which can take around 2 hours. If the assessment goes well and we are all happy we will proceed to having a discussion around an offer.
