Inoxico is a FinTech company that provides insights & analytics on trade credit to allow businesses to make better decisions. As a fast-paced fin-tech organization Inoxico require highly capable software developers to build new and enhance existing products and services Starting out as an underdog, we're now making big waves in the industry and growing at an unprecedented rate.

Our software is well built and fun to work in. You can expect to be exposed to architectural designs and patterns such as Micro-Services, DDD (Domain Driven Development), Event Sourcing, Message Broker, CQRS, and Eventual Consistency. Furthermore, in addition to the Visual Studio 2019 IDE (2022 coming soon!) and Visual Studio Code, we're using a MDA (Model Driven Architecture) code-management & automation platform called Intent Architect to help us build our systems, which is cutting edge and very exciting. Our technologies are all modern, and we're continuously monitoring the latest tech and upgrading when appropriate.

Our Engineering Processes

We're proud to say that our engineering processes epitomize the 12 principles of agile development. We run a scrum-based process, with the entire company running in syn on sprints lasting for 2 weeks and always end with a retrospective. Managing tasks and priorities are done using Jira.
We use Azure DevOps as a build server and use an automated deployment platform called Octopus to handle our deployments.

Our Hiring Process

We're looking for A-players and follow the topgading recruitment methodology. Read more about our recruitment philosophy here. Candidates can expect to go through the following interview process:

1. Phone screen (15min; quick chat)
2. A technical assessment (to gauge your logic, problem solving and coding ability. It is a timed 2 hour test and needs to be sent back by 9am the next day)
3. Deep dive into employment history (1 hour)
4. Reference checks (done by employer)
5. A technical interview (Walkthrough of the technical assessment and a chat with some of Inoxico's senior devs to see how well you communicate technical concepts)
