Inoxico was founded out of the need for a more innovative approach to commercial risk mitigation in a market that was saturated by old ways of thinking. We provide commercial data on companies in Africa to our clients via our ever-growing software platform. Starting out as an underdog, we're now making big waves in the industry and growing at an unprecedented rate.

You can expect to be exposed to architectural designs and patterns such as Micro-Services, DDD (Domain Driven Development), Event Sourcing, Message Broker, CQRS, and Eventual Consistency. Furthermore, in addition to the Visual Studio 2017 IDE, we're using a code-management & automation platform called Intent Architect to help us build our systems, which is cutting edge and very exciting. Our technologies are all modern, and we're continuously monitoring the latest tech and upgrading when appropriate.

Our Engineering Processes
We're proud to say that our engineering processes epitomize the 12 principles of agile development. We run a scrum based process, with our sprints lasting for 3 weeks and always end with a retrospective. Managing tasks and priorities are done using Jira, with our specifications in Confluence.
We use TeamCity as a build server, and use an automated deployment platform called Octopus to handle our deployments.
Our Hiring Process
We start with a quick online assessment, followed by an initial interview which may vary in time depending on your skill level. Here we will assess your problem solving skills, technical knowledge, and of course get to know you better.
