Our Processes

At Gatekeeper Technology, we adopt an iterative approach in our development process. We work closely with our clients to ensure that they are involved and informed throughout the entire project. Our goal is to deliver a minimum viable product (MVP) as soon as possible and continually test and improve the solution throughout the project life cycle. As a team we design the whole application, starting with the process design, then the data schema and finally the view flow. All of our applications are built on the JourneyApps platform.

Our Hiring Process

Our hiring process is designed to ensure that we find the best fit for both the candidate and our company. The process consists of four steps:

  1. Introduction: We start with a call to learn more about you and answer any questions you may have about the role.

  2. Coding Challenge: Next, we ask you to complete a coding challenge/work simulation on a proprietary platform, JourneyApps. This gives you a hands-on experience of what it's like to work with the platform and allows us to see how you approach coding and respond to feedback.

  3. Interview: In the next step, we conduct an interview to evaluate your soft skills and cultural fit with our team.

  4. Offer: If everything aligns, we extend a job offer to start a fulfilling and rewarding journey together.
