Our Culture

The development team within Epiphany is a young and ambitious team. We have a lot of different nationalities which makes the dynamics a lot of fun. This team works closely together and will feel like a group of friends rather than coworkers.

Our Engineering Processes

At Epiphany we have our own Survey Writer application, developed in house, called Formentera. This application is build with Vue / Typescript / Node.js and serves as an application for the Consultants and Research Managers that work on the very same floor you will work on. So no far away distant end user. The people are right there. Collaborate with them.

Next to Formentera we are preparing to start on a total new platform that will revolutionize the way market research is done. This platform will incorporate AI, Machine Learning and other things like sentiment analysis. We are at the start to transform the way traditional market research is done. And we love to have you onboard for this journey!

Our interview process has the following stages:

First step is a brief 5/10 minute phone call to get to know you and understand more in terms of your vibe and energy.

For the second step, you will be invited into the office to meet with the Head of Development, and possibly a head of a department depending on the role. This step will consist of technical questions as well as a culture fit interview.

The third step is an assessment that will be dependent on the role.
