We’re a small, but growing, global start up in the legal practice management space. We move fast and aren’t scared to break things that are stale and need to be replaced. We value creativity, the ability to get things done and we love being challenged.
We’ve built an ERP from scratch, and are putting the finishing touches on the accounting functionality. With this core, we are now starting to build out the ancillary features to serve the legal market and beyond. We’re integrating to storage providers, legal courts, banks, office suites, photocopy trackers and more. We’re building in CRM features and AI to assist professionals deal with the glutton of communications they receive. The legal profession in under threat, and we aim to enable lawyers to work leaner and stay afloat in a changing world.
In development, we’re agile without getting bogged down in methodologies. Our work is primarily C# and JS, but we’re open to whatever works for the problem at hand. We run CI on our product and everyone is expected to participate in code review.
While we expect team members to actually rest in their downtime, software development is a field that requires passion outside of office hours. We value people who practice their craft in their own time, on their own projects. And where solo learning is insufficient, we support your learning with external courses and encourage everyone to share their knowledge regardless of seniority.
Our interview process varies by position, but generally it boils down to gauging cultural fit. We have several questionnaires on personality, development style and problem solving. Once we’re happy with these, we like to do an in-person interview with our top management.
