WHO WE ARE

We are Cape Town based, but our clients are all over the world, Cape Town, New York, London, Japan, Mexico and China.

We develop strategies, websites, applications and multimedia tools communicating client ideas to an audience in a way that they'll enjoy and understand.

The founders, Wayne and Waldo, has worked together since 2004 and started Dream Real Digital in 2009 taking over an existing client base from their department at the previous company they were with, which had to close door at the time. With a solid client base already in place Dream Real Digital had a good foundation already and has kept the momentum going in growing and expanding this base in the countries mentioned.

WHAT WE DO

While Dream Real Digital has ongoing projects that gets maintained their existing clients always bring new challenges to the table and creates opportunities and challenges to be creative and come up with solutions that both needs to meet current requirements but also have the potential to grow into something bigger!

Our projects are mainly custom online applications ranging from corporate websites, e-commerce, mobile apps as well as ticket sales and validation at events.

We do onsite support abroad as well, travelling to these countries at certain times of the year where it is best setting up a local environment so that systems can run reliably and (if needed) offline where connectivity is an issue.

OUR HIRING PROCESS

We have a two step process that involves the following:

• First stage is a Skype video interview (or face to face if not possible).

• The second stage is a technical face to face interview, during which we will ask you to get behind a laptop to do a little bit of debugging on small snippet of code.
