Digital Path is all about innovative progression and building user-friendly software: from mobile applications (Android and IOS) to websites and larger platforms when required. We build for a vast amount of clients across several industries and time zones. We also improve internal software within organisations to aid their process's and increase connectivity between systems and communication between teams.

Our Engineering Processes

Different projects have different processes, depending on requirements. Generally, our first step is to define a problem. We figure out what is going to be necessary, in broad terms. This may involve interrogating the project manager so that we can understand exactly what it is we need to build. Secondly, we take a high view architectural look at how to best go about building out the project, we discuss and decide on technologies to be used.
We then document what needs to be built for the next sprint and get going on making magic.

Our Hiring Process

There are two parts to our process, the first is a general interview about yourself. The second portion is a technical interview, where your problem solving and coding skills will be measured.
Neither of these interviews have 'correct' answers and are more about gauging how you think and work when given general/broad requirements and giving you the opportunity to see what we do and if you would be interested journeying with us.
