What we do
BVNK is API driven core banking infrastructure for Digital Assets and fiat. We enable financial institutions to safely integrate Digital Assets by providing the tools to apply existing and custom regulatory controls to them, as well as provide infrastructure for new tokenised assets (real estate, financial instruments, ICOs, and more). Our platform can be deployed on-premise or in the cloud, and either as an agile and comprehensive replacement for existing core banking systems or alongside them to provide extended functionality.
Banks are quickly losing business to challenger institutions and FinTechs that specialise. Concurrently, more and more assets are being represented digitally. We give banks the tools to compete with agile competitors as well as to position themselves as custodians for digital representations of value. This includes but is not limited to tokenised financial assets, real estate, digital identity, contracts, and more.

Our Engineering Processes
We make use of the best and latest tools, have full scope of infrastructure and architecture, and like to think big. We follow best practice when it comes to engineering, namely:

- CI/CD pipelines
- Architecture review sessions
- Peer reviewed pull requests
- Staged promotions
Our model is: be as autonomous as you want, work with the broader team and stay in touch, and follow the loose guidelines. The best development is done when the bounds are big enough.
Our Hiring Process
We like to keep the hiring process simple:
- We set up a time to have a call with our founder, the candidate and one of our engineers
- The calls are normally quite technical, talking through past problems and putting forward current challenges
- There might be a small task to complete (four hours work max)
- A final call with the founder and another team member to see if the fit is right
We like to move fast and will keep the candidate updated at every step of the way. We're a small, close crew and every team member is vital to the company.
