What we're looking for

We're looking for Developers to join us in building with Serverless on AWS.

This role is client-facing, hands-on coding within a team, alongside other developers
and architects.
We build massively scalable, resilient, low cost and high-quality systems for our
clients in record time using our expertise, technology and methodology

Our interview process has the following stages:

First Step: An intro call with Molly who is the Head of Recruitment, which will be a culture fit interview, and telling the candidate more about the company and the role. This step is 30 minutes

Second step: A pair programming Javascript based problem done together with the Tech Lead. There will be an architect question based around cloud systems and how to architect a mock system. This step is an hour

Final Step: A high level chat with Aiden, as well as a culture fit chat. This step is about figuring out the candidate's values and communication skills.
