Role description

As a recognized OutSystems Silver Partner in strategic partnership with Indigo (a Gold Partner), we're positioned at the forefront of enterprise AI transformation. We're looking for a genuinely AI-native Junior Developer—someone for whom AI-assisted coding, prompt engineering, and AI agent interaction are natural and habitual. You'll join our team as we scale our agentic engineering and AI orchestration practice, working with clients to evolve enterprise OutSystems environments into intelligent, agentic ecosystems. In this role, you'll contribute to designing, developing, and testing OutSystems applications on both O11 and ODC platforms while building integrations with external systems, APIs, and AI services. You'll use AI coding assistants daily—tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT—to accelerate development velocity and code quality. Working closely with senior developers and solution architects in a mentored environment, you'll participate in AI agent design and implementation projects, support agentic workflows, and contribute to code reviews. We're looking for someone with 1–2 years of development experience who actively uses AI tools as a core part of their workflow, can critically evaluate AI-generated code, and approaches problems with an AI-first mindset. Our Engineering Processes

Our teams are small and agile, consisting of 3 to 6 members with a team lead. We don't believe in micromanagement and our project management is done by the team lead to some extent as we believe that they should not be stuck in meetings all day, outside of their natural development habitat, leading their team to success.

We specialise in various technologies such as OutSystems, Wavemaker and mobile app development.

OutSystems teams will focus on helping clients create bespoke solutions, training the client to be independent and providing them with support.
Wavemaker teams will focus on bespoke solutions, bespoke Java based services, training the client and providing them with support.
Our mobile app development team will focus on bespoke mobile apps tailored to our client's needs using rapid application development methodology and supporting the applications.

Since we build bespoke solutions, our teams are flexible and are required to learn new technologies and methods constantly.
